Material:

The most common used aluminium alloys to produce profiles are alloys from the series 6xxx. The most used to produce aluminium profiles to construction are 6060 and 6063 with heat treatment T5. We also produce profiles with other alloys as 5xxx or 7xxx series according to the customer needs.

 Stainless steel wire is made by drawing and twisting high-quality 304/316 grades as stainless steel materials. It has strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance. It is widely used in petrochemical industry, aviation, automobile, fishery, precision instruments and other constructions, decoration and other industries.

After the stainless steel wire is electrolyzed and polished, the surface is brighter and the corrosion resistance is greatly enhanced. After low temperature heat treatment, the wire rope can reach higher strength.

The surface of the wire can be covered with a layer of plastic, made of PVC, nylon, PE, PP, etc., which can be processed into different diameters according to your needs. The coating layer can be transparent or different colors.

Stainless steel wire is used in a wide range of industries and applications, some of the key ones are constructions, spring manufacture, wire forming, cold heading, medical instruments, automotive and architectural. 

Our standard stock range of wire diameters varies from 0.1mm up to 8.00mm diameter, above that we also have stocks in cut lengths, we can supply up to 28mm diameter.
